I read the book one summer vacations - borrowed it off a friend when I ran out of my own reading material.
Probably the main reason why I actually read the book.
I mean - it wasn't bad per say, but the style was somewhat tiresome, and the story itself a tad too bizzare.
Not the best Irving experience...
